Section 65.731 - Service on foreign corporation.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 65.731 (2017)
The provisions of ORS 60.731, relating to service on foreign corporations, shall apply to foreign nonprofit corporations, except that for the purpose of this section the reference therein to "this chapter" means ORS chapter 65. [1989 c.1010 §156]
