Section 65.244 - Voting requirements.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 65.244 (2017)
(1) Unless this chapter, the articles or the bylaws require a greater vote or voting by class, if a quorum is present, the affirmative vote of a majority of the votes represented and voting is the act of the members.
(2) An amendment to the articles or bylaws to add to, change or delete the vote required for any member action must be approved by the members. [1989 c.1010 §63]
