Section 65.074 - Purposes.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 65.074 (2017)
(1) Every corporation incorporated under this chapter has the purpose of engaging in any lawful activity unless a more limited purpose is set forth in the articles of incorporation.
(2) A corporation that is subject to regulation under another statute of this state may not be incorporated under this chapter if such organization is required to be organized under such other statute. [1989 c.1010 §28]
