Section 60.744 - Appeal from revocation.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 60.744 (2017)
In addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, a foreign corporation shall have the right to appeal the Secretary of State’s revocation of its authority to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183. [1987 c.52 §168]
