Section 30.650 - Award of noneconomic damages in inmate action.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 30.650 (2017)
Noneconomic damages, as defined in ORS 31.710, may not be awarded to an inmate in an action against a public body unless the inmate has established that the inmate suffered economic damages, as defined in ORS 31.710. [1999 c.657 §6]
