Section 741.802 - Department to produce written informational materials.

OR Rev Stat § 741.802 (2015) What's This?

The Department of Consumer and Business Services shall produce written materials containing information for consumers about the requirements for paying the premiums for qualified health plans. The department shall distribute the materials to health care providers upon request.
