Chapter 735 - Alternative Insurance
Section 735.645 - Notice of existence of pool.
Every insurer shall include a notice of the existence of the Oregon Medical Insurance Pool in any adverse underwriting decision, issued on or before November 30, 2013, on individual medical insurance for reasons of the health of the applicant, as described in ORS 735.615 (1)(a).
