Section 726.990 - Criminal penalties.

OR Rev Stat § 726.990 (2015) What's This?

(1) Violation, or participation in the violation, of any provision of this chapter by any pawnbroker or any agent, member, officer or employee thereof, or any other person is a Class B misdemeanor.

(2) Upon conviction under subsection (1) of this section, no license shall be granted to such person, nor to the spouse in a marriage of such person, nor to any partnership, association or corporation of which the person is an agent or member, until two years after the date of the conviction.
