Section 671.105 - Hearing required in disciplinary action; judicial review of board orders.

(1) If the State Board of Architect Examiners proposes to refuse to issue or renew a certificate of registration, to revoke or suspend a certificate of registration or to reprimand, censure or otherwise discipline an architect or firm, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
