Section 671.100 - Disciplinary authority of board; charges.

(1) The State Board of Architect Examiners may revoke, suspend or annul the certificate of registration to practice architecture in this state of an architect, or reprimand, censure or otherwise discipline an architect who violates any provision of ORS 671.010 to 671.220 or any rule adopted under ORS 671.010 to 671.220.

(2) Any person may prefer charges against a holder of a certificate of registration to practice architecture. The charges must be in writing and be sworn to by the complainant. The board shall take action on the preferred charges at the next regular board meeting following receipt of the charges.
