Section 656.750 - Civil penalty for failure to maintain records of compensation claims; amount; disposition of funds.

OR Rev Stat § 656.750 (2015) What's This?

(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall assess against a self-insured employer who fails to comply with ORS 656.455, a civil penalty of $250 a day for each day such failure continues.

(2) ORS 656.735 (4) to (6) and 656.740 also apply to orders and penalties assessed under this section.
