Section 656.208 - Death during permanent total disability.

OR Rev Stat § 656.208 (2015) What's This?

(1) If the injured worker dies during the period of permanent total disability, whatever the cause of death, leaving a spouse or any dependents listed in ORS 656.204, payment shall be made in the same manner and in the same amounts as provided in ORS 656.204.

(2) If any surviving spouse to whom the provisions of this section apply remarries, the payments on account of a child or children shall continue to be made to the child or children the same as before the remarriage.
