Section 654.165 - Employees not required to work bare-handed or rubber-gloved on high voltage lines.

OR Rev Stat § 654.165 (2015) What's This?

No employer shall require an employee to perform bare-handed or rubber-gloved work on a live electrical line with a voltage of 5,000 volts or greater.
