OR Rev Stat § 599.485 (2015) What's This?

As used in ORS 599.490 and 599.495, "stockyards" means any place, establishment or facility commonly known as stockyards, conducted or operated for compensation or profit as a public market, consisting of pens, or other enclosures, and their appurtenances, in which live livestock are received, held or kept for sale or shipment.
