The State Treasurer shall deposit all moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 571.355 and 571.360 into the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. The moneys are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 571.355 and 571.360.
