Section 508.116 - Permit to take animals living intertidally on bottom; fees.

(1)(a) The State Fish and Wildlife Director may issue to any person a permit to take animals living intertidally on the bottom.

(b) The annual fee for a resident permit issued under this section is $125.

(c) The annual fee for a nonresident permit issued under this section is $175.

(2) It is unlawful to take animals living intertidally on the bottom for commercial purposes by a permit issued under subsection (1) of this section without first having obtained a license under ORS 508.035.
