Section 506.220 - Erecting markers of closed waters; interference with markers.

Whenever deadlines are established on any of the waters of this state, either by legislative enactment or by order of the State Fish and Wildlife Commission, the commission shall, within a reasonable time, erect suitable monuments or markers in the water or on the banks of the water designating the closed portion of the water. It is unlawful to remove, destroy, alter or mutilate any of these monuments or markers.
