Section 477.450 - Election of committee chairperson.

After July 1, 1961, the Emergency Fire Cost Committee shall meet and elect one of its members chairperson. The chairperson shall hold office for a period determined by the committee. Whenever the office of chairperson of the committee becomes vacant, the committee at its next regular or special meeting shall elect one of its members to fill the vacancy.
