Section 475B.310 - Duty to notify Oregon Liquor Control Commission of conviction of licensee.

OR Rev Stat § 475B.310 (2015) What's This?

The county courts, district attorneys and municipal authorities, immediately upon the conviction of any licensee of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission of a violation of any provision of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 or the violation of any other law of this state or ordinance of any municipality in this state, in which violation marijuana had any part, shall notify the commission of the conviction. The county courts, district attorneys and municipal authorities shall notify the commission of any acts, practices or other conduct of a licensee convicted as described in this section that may be subversive of the general welfare or contrary to the spirit of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 and shall recommend such action on the part of the commission as will remove the evil.
