Section 460.047 - Persons authorized to conduct mechanical and electrical repairs in industrial plant.

Notwithstanding ORS 460.045 (2), the following persons may conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on an elevator located in an industrial plant:
(1) A limited supervising electrician licensed under ORS 479.630 (3).
(2) A limited journeyman electrician licensed under ORS 479.630 (5).
