Section 452.230 - Rights under contract.
OR Rev Stat § 452.230 (2015) What's This?
The officers and agents of such other county, vector control district or municipality acting by authority of such contract shall have the same right of entry, inspection and treatment as the agents and employees of the county seeking to control the public health vectors.
