Section 399.150 - Oaths and affirmations.

Oaths and affirmations required in any matter connected with the military service may be administered by any duly commissioned officer of the organized militia or other officer authorized to administer oaths under the laws of the state, and no charge shall be made nor shall any fee be accepted for such service.
