Section 358.464 - Duties of heritage district board.

OR Rev Stat § 358.464 (2015) What's This?

(1) The board of a heritage district shall be the governing body of the district and shall exercise all powers thereof.

(2) At its first meeting or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, the board shall choose one of its members as president.
