Section 352.084 - Term of office for initial members of a governing board.

Notwithstanding the term of office specified in ORS 352.076, the initial term of a member appointed to a governing board by the Governor may be adjusted so that one-half, as nearly as possible, of the members of the board are appointed biennially.
