Section 344.710 - "Rehabilitation facility" defined for ORS 344.720 and 344.730.

OR Rev Stat § 344.710 (2015) What's This?

As used in ORS 344.720 and 344.730, "rehabilitation facility" means a nonprofit sheltered or community-based service established and operated by a public or private organization to provide two or more of the following services for individuals with disabilities:

(1) Vocational assessment.

(2) Community integration.

(3) Training.

(4) Employment.
