Section 312.410 - Effect of failure to give notice when requested.

If the city treasurer, after having received a request for notice as provided in ORS 312.390, fails to give the notice in the manner provided in ORS 312.400, such failure shall render void any deed of the property until the city treasurer gives the notice by registered mail or by certified mail with return receipt, addressed to the mortgagee or lienholder requesting the notice, and for 30 days thereafter, during which period the mortgagee or lienholder may redeem the property.
