Section 312.300 - Effect of irregularities and omissions on sales made pursuant to ORS 312.270 or 312.290.

No proceedings subsequent to a judgment foreclosing a tax lien or liens upon property purchased under ORS 312.270 or 312.290, whether by a private purchaser or by a municipal corporation, shall be invalidated and no deed shall be declared void or set aside for irregularities, omissions or defects, unless the record owner of the property sold actually has been misled by the irregularities, omissions or defects to the injury of the record owner.
