Section 201.330 - Wasco County.

The boundary of Wasco County is as follows: Beginning at a point on the boundary of the state opposite the meander corner between sections 3 and 4, township 2 north, range 11 east of the Willamette Meridian; thence running south along the section line between sections 3 and 4, and along such line extended southerly along section lines to a point on the Willamette Base Line at the southeast corner of section 33, township 1 north, range 11 east of Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the base line to the northeast corner of township 1 south, range 10 east of Willamette Meridian; thence south along the township lines to the southeast corner of township 3 south, range 10 east of Willamette Meridian; thence westerly along the south line of township 3 south, range 10 east, and such line extended along the south side of township 3 south, range 9 east of the Willamette Meridian, to the summit of the Cascade Range; thence southerly along the summit of the Cascade Range to the projection westerly of the township line between townships 8 and 9 south of the Willamette Base; thence easterly along the projection and along the township line between townships 8 and 9 south to the intersection of the township line with the main channel of the John Day River; thence in a generally northerly direction along the main channel of the John Day River to the point of intersection of the main channel with the township line between townships 5 and 6 south of the Willamette Base; thence westerly along the south township line of township 5 south to the middle of Buck Hollow; thence down the middle of Buck Hollow to the intersection of Buck Creek and the main channel of the Deschutes River; thence down the main channel of the Deschutes River to a point on the boundary of the state opposite the mouth of the Deschutes River; thence in a general westerly direction along the boundary of the state to the place of beginning.
