Section 147.135 - Processing compensation application; order; contents.
OR Rev Stat § 147.135 (2015) What's This?
After processing the application filed under ORS 147.105 the Department of Justice shall enter an order stating:
(1) Its findings of fact; and
(2) Its decision as to whether or not compensation is due under ORS 147.005 to 147.367.
