Section 109.094 - Rights of father when paternity established; procedure when paternity established.

Upon the paternity of a child being established in the proceedings, the father shall have the same rights as a father who is or was married to the mother of the child. The clerk of the court shall certify the fact of paternity to the Center for Health Statistics of the Oregon Health Authority, and the Center for Health Statistics shall amend a record of live birth for the child and issue a new certified copy of the record of live birth for the child.
