OR Rev Stat § 107.520 (2015) What's This?

The circuit court for any county or the circuit courts of more than one county comprising a judicial district after making a determination that the social conditions of the county or district make it desirable to establish conciliation services for the full and proper consideration of domestic relations suits filed in such county or district may exercise conciliation jurisdiction and obtain, use and provide conciliation services under ORS 107.510 to 107.610. After conciliation jurisdiction has been established the circuit court or courts of such county or district may at any time determine that the need for such service does not warrant its continuance and terminate the same.
