Chapter 035 - Eminent Domain; Public Acquisition of Property
Section 35.018 - Severability.
If any portion or portions of chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2007, are declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions of chapter 1, Oregon Laws 2007, shall remain in full force and effect.
