The State Department of Agriculture shall establish two standards of quality for fluid milk. The higher standard of quality shall be designated as "grade A." The other standard of quality shall be designated as "grade B." [Amended by 1955 c.714 §12; 1999 c.197 §10; 2003 c.14 §372]
