OR Rev Stat § 417.721 (2013) What's This?

The Oregon Health Authority and the Early Learning Council shall work collaboratively with coordinated care organizations to develop performance metrics for prenatal care, delivery and infant care that align with early learning outcomes. [2013 c.728 §8]
