An attorney appointed as custodian under ORS 9.705 to 9.755, and any professional corporation, partner, associate or person sharing office with such custodian shall be prohibited from accepting employment by any client of the affected attorney as to any legal matter pending at the time of the custodian's appointment, provided, however, that any act done by such custodian pursuant to order of the court under ORS 9.705 to 9.755 shall not be deemed acceptance of employment.
