In order to provide funds for the purposes specified in Article XI-G of the Oregon Constitution, the State Board of Higher Education may request the State Treasurer to issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. [1963 c.584 1; 1981 c.660 24; 2007 c.783 146]
