351.153 Structure defined.
OR Rev Stat § 351.153 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
As used in ORS 351.160, 351.170, 351.180 and 351.440, structure includes, but is not limited to, paving, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, sewers, drainage works, vehicular parking facilities, lighting facilities, retaining walls and other constructed or erected improvements to real property.
