342.156 Qualifications to teach distance learning course.


OR Rev Stat § 342.156 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

A person teaching a distance learning course originating in Oregon must:

(1) Have a teaching license issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission with the appropriate subject matter endorsement; or

(2) Be employed by a post-secondary institution accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges and have the appropriate subject matter preparation. [Formerly 342.985]
