326.380 Advanced Technology Education and Training Fund.

There is created within the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund, the Advanced Technology Education and Training Fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development for the purpose of making grants and loans for the provision of advanced technology education and training opportunities under ORS 326.382.
