319.400 Records to be kept three years.

Every dealer shall maintain and keep, within the State of Oregon, for a period of three years, all records of motor vehicle fuel used, sold and distributed within this state by such dealer, together with stock records, invoices, bills of lading and other pertinent papers as may be required by the Department of Transportation. [Amended by 1955 c.730 12; 1987 c.610 17]
