319.220 Receipt, payment or sale of motor vehicle fuel without invoice or delivery tag prohibited.

No person shall receive and accept any shipment of motor vehicle fuel from any dealer, or pay for the same, or sell or offer the shipment for sale, unless the shipment is accompanied by an invoice or delivery tag showing the date upon which shipment was delivered and the name of the dealer in motor vehicle fuel. [Amended by 1955 c.730 6; 1987 c.610 10]
