319.210 Billing purchasers.

Bills shall be rendered to all purchasers of motor vehicle fuel by dealers in motor vehicle fuel. The bills shall separately state and describe to the satisfaction of the Department of Transportation the different products shipped thereunder and shall be serially numbered except where other sales invoice controls acceptable to the department are maintained. [Amended by 1955 c.730 5; 1987 c.610 9]
