Notwithstanding the terms of office specified by section 1a of this 2009 Act [285A.091], of the members first appointed by the Governor to the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority Board:

(1) Two shall serve for a term ending June 30, 2010.

(2) Two shall serve for a term ending June 30, 2011.

(3) Two shall serve for a term ending June 30, 2012. [2009 c.830 172]
