Notwithstanding ORS 351.086 (1) as amended by section 41 of this 2011 Act, ORS chapter 278 and ORS 283.100, 283.110, 283.120, 283.130, 283.140, 283.143, 283.305 to 283.350, 283.415 to 283.425, 283.500 to 283.520 and 283.524 apply to the Oregon University System prior to July 1, 2012.
