266.310 Officers of district; qualifications.


OR Rev Stat § 266.310 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The officers of the district shall be a board of three or five members, to be elected by the electors of the district, and a secretary, to be appointed by the board.

(2) Every elector of a district is qualified to be a member of the board or officer of the district. [Amended by 1957 c.57 2; 1969 c.668 11; 1983 c.83 42; 1983 c.350 113]
