254.465 Elections to be conducted by mail; rules.
OR Rev Stat § 254.465 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
(1) County clerks shall conduct all elections in this state by mail.
(2) The Secretary of State shall adopt rules to:
(a) Provide for uniformity in the conduct of state elections by mail; and
