251.230 Effect if explanatory statement not filed.

If an explanatory statement is not filed by a committee under ORS 251.215 or by the Legislative Counsel Committee under ORS 251.225, the measure shall be printed in the voters pamphlet without the explanatory statement. [1991 c.971 6]
