251.135 Refund of filing fee.

Not later than the last day for filing material for inclusion in a voters pamphlet, the person who paid the filing fee may receive a refund from the Secretary of State. When a refund is made, the material for which the fee was paid shall not be included in the pamphlet. [1979 c.190 183]
