238A.310 Termination of membership.


OR Rev Stat § 238A.310 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Membership under the individual account program terminates when:

(1) A member dies; or

(2) An inactive member receives a distribution of the vested accounts of the member under ORS 238A.375. [2003 c.733 30]
