169.620 Regional correctional facility defined.

As used in ORS 169.610 to 169.677, regional correctional facility means a correctional facility operated pursuant to agreement as described in ORS 169.630 and used to house prisoners of the parties to the agreement, such prisoners having either pretrial or post-trial status.
